Defense users are specialized, located across the world, with lots of access or limited access. I scale research to what we have access to, and tie qualitative data and create metrics where we can.

Napkin sketches to high-fidelity prototypes and workflows to illustrate the workflow needed

Test in-person, remote, or with proxy SMEs we work to validate our benefit hypothesis for qualitative and quantitative metrics

Prioritize the biggest user pain points and needs and deliver new designs for dev teams to execute.
